About the Founder.
Turning decades of experience into remarkable brands and experiences.
Brandi Wildfang is a marketing, communications and brand strategist with more than two decades of experience helping organizations define who they are, communicate what makes them different and create experiences that move people to action.
As Founder and Principal Consultant of Branditive Studio, LLC, Brandi partners with businesses, organizations and individuals at pivotal moments—building and evolving brands, launching new ideas, navigating change, and bringing meaningful events and celebrations to life..
Her career spans higher education, Fortune 500 companies and state government with expertise in brand strategy and identity, integrated marketing, public relations, digital and customer experience, executive communications, crisis and issues management, organizational change and product go-to-market strategy.
"Across every chapter of my career, I've gravitated toward the same kind of work: uncovering what makes a brand distinctive, bringing clarity to complex ideas and transforming strategy into meaningful experiences. I believe the strongest brands are built with purpose—grounded in a clear identity, expressed with intention and brought to life through every interaction. That philosophy is at the heart of Branditive Studio."
Brandi’s approach blends strategy, storytelling and creative execution with a deep understanding of how people experience brands. She turns complex ideas and business challenges into clear direction, compelling stories and memorable experiences that build awareness, engagement and trust.
Before founding Branditive Studio, Brandi served as Chief Communications Officer and Public Information Officer for the State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology (OIT). During her 12½-year tenure, she built and scaled a multidisciplinary marketing and communications organization and advised executive leaders on brand, reputation, employee engagement, customer experience and complex communications challenges.
She developed OIT’s first enterprise brand strategy following the consolidation of state IT services, helping drive an 11% increase in employee engagement in one year and creating the organization’s enduring tagline, Serving People. Serving Colorado.
Brandi also created the brand identity and led marketing and communications for myColorado®, helping grow Colorado’s flagship digital government platform to more than 2 million accounts and drive adoption of innovations including Colorado Digital ID™, digital vaccination records and digital licenses.
Earlier in her career, Brandi built a centralized marketing department and in-house agency for Regis University, helping establish its first unified institutional brand. At Gonzaga University, her redesign of the undergraduate admissions website helped earn a No. 7 national ranking among more than 3,000 postsecondary institutions. Her private-sector experience includes marketing leadership roles with Comcast and Time Warner Cable.
Brandi works as both a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, giving clients direct access to senior-level expertise without the layers of a traditional agency. She brings together the strategy, creative thinking and specialized talent each engagement requires, creating an approach tailored to the client, challenge and opportunity.
Her work has been recognized by the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and ColoradoBiz Magazine’s GenXYZ Awards, honoring emerging leaders for professional achievement, innovation and community impact.
Brandi holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and marketing from Gonzaga University. A Washington state native who also spent time in Florence, Italy, and San Diego before making Colorado home, she brings curiosity, creativity and an appreciation for different perspectives to everything she does.
When she isn’t thinking about brands, messaging or the next big idea, you’ll most likely find her enjoying Colorado and making memories with her two kids.
